PLEASE read to following information carefully and follow the instructions here.

You will need to register for a new account if you don't have one already, to be able to request an RMA. After registration log into your account and press "Submit New RMA Request". Please request one(1) RMA per unit. Save this portal address as you will be able to edit the information and track the servicing progress by logging-in anytime in the future.

If you have an account but forgot your password, use the "HELP" section to recover it. We advise to use your old account for new RMA requests and not register for a new one, this way we can hold a record of your units and services for warranty purposes.

In the RMA request form include a DETAILED description of the problem. Reasons like "Defective" or "Need Service" will force the technician to spend more time searching for the problem, and that will add to the final charged time. Also having to contact you for details will add technician time, so please be as detailed as you can, including other equipment connected to the Summit product and what steps you took to try and troubleshoot the problem.

We charge $95/hr + parts for NONE-WARRANTY services, and $50 for S/H you unit back to you. 99% of all repairs take about 1-2hr to service.
IN WARRANTY RMA will have to be shipped to us on your expenses. We will service it and ship it back free of charge.

Be aware that we are working reduced schedule due to Covid restrictions, so the reply and approval of your request may take longer than expected. Please be patient; we will reply when we are ready to receive and service your unit.
