In the RMA request form, Include a detailed description of the problem you are having with your Summit product. Reasons like "Defective" or "Need Service" will force the technician to spend more time searching for the problem, and that will add to the final servicing charge time.

Be aware that we are working reduced schedule due to Covid restrictions, so the reply and approval of your request may take longer than expected. Please be patient; we will reply when we are ready to receive and service your unit.
